Did a transmission refresh and found a lot of metal in my pan

A LOT OF METAL IN BMW TRANSMISSION PAN!

Took my 2016 Ram Promaster 2500 for a recall with the transmission solenoid pack. These shavings were found in the transmission pan by the dealer. Do I need a new transmission/rebuild?

Too much metal shavings in the transmission pan? Color of the transmission is in the pictures. Who knows how long it's hasn't been changed. Advice : r/mechanic
