Surströmming, commonly referred to in the show as Fika Fish, is a fermented fish topping traditional to Swedish cuisine. The fish is lightly-salted and is typically herring from the Baltic Sea. It was introduced to the show by Love. The topping is infamous for its rancid smell and even worse taste.
