It can be added to smoothies, tea, coffee, stews, soups or eaten right out of the jar. It can be used topically as a facial to reduce dry skin/eczema. Some packages will be shipped frozen in a BPA free, nontoxic, freezer safe jars to maintain freshness. When you receive the product it’s recommended that you transfer it to a mason jar.Please store the seamoss gel in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery.
