Glenglassaugh Revival Whisky 70cl

Initially debuted in 2012, this was the first Whisky to be released by Genglassaugh after re-opening in 2008. Initial maturation in ex-bourbon and red wine casks was followed by 6 month finishing in Oloroso sherry casks. All three cask types work well in unison to create remarkable complexity and depth of flavour for such a young Whisky. Nose: Red plums, toffee, spiced honey, buiscuity malt, red berries, praline, grapey and a dusting of cocoa powder.
