GreenPan cookware is oven safe up to at least 320°F, but several collections can handle up to 600°F. As a general rule, GreenPan cookware with stainless steel handles is oven-safe up to 600°F. Cookware with silicone-wrapped or plastic handles is only oven-safe up to 320°F. The one exception is the Mayflower collection, which has wood handles and is not safe in the oven at any temperature.
