This 14-string Egyptian style Arabic oud features a spruce soundboard and the body is constructed of alternating dark sheesham and light lacewood. There are 3 sound holes and each have an intricate design around edge. There are 3 rosettes, one large one and 2 smaller ones. The fingerboard, bridge, pegbox and pegs are all sheesham. Six course oud with classic tear drop shape and bowl bottom. It includes 5 wound nylon strings and 6 rectified nylon strings, as well as a fixed sheesham bridge. The body and neck are made from sheesham and the bowl has white pinstripes in between each wooden stave. The neck, nut, and tuning pegs/levers are also made out of sheesham. Its soundboard is made out of spruce wood and has three oval shaped sound holes, one larger one in the center and two smaller ones below on the sides.
