OCB is one of Europe's most popular and acclaimed papers and rolling accessory maker. Premium Black filters are made from Cellulose Acetate, the most common cigarette filter material. The Eco filters are made entirely of unbleached cellulose derived from FSC sustainably managed forests, instead of the plastic based cellulose acetate. Unlike the majority of cigarette filters, they are biodegradable, though you still shouldn't litter them. The Eco filters have paper wrapped around the exterior of the filter to reduce shrinking.
