L'Étrange Noël de monsieur Jack is the European French dub of The Nightmare Before Christmas. It was released in theaters in France on December 7, 1994. In this dub, Jack's alter ego is known as the Scarecrow (L'Épouvantail), as opposed to the Pumpkin King. In this dub, the citizens of Halloween Town mistakenly refer to Santa Claus as "le Perce-oreilles" (literally meaning "earwig") instead of "Père Noël".
