Joe Bar Team is a humorous French comic book series based on the reckless and embarrassing adventures of the protagonists throughout their lives as motorcyclists. The protagonists of the Joe Bar Team reflect the typical stereotypes of the average motorcyclist, qualities they share all over the world. The series was created in 1989 by Christian Debarre (Bar2) and then continued by Stéphane Deteindre (Fane). The first volume, which collected the strips published until then in the magazine Moto Journal, was printed in 1990 and was followed by another 6 volumes, for a total of 7. In Italy, the strips arrived in the early 1990s as an insert in Motosprint and later as the final page of the weekly magazine, immediately becoming an object of curiosity and then a cult object. From 1999, the volumes were translated into Italian, enjoying great success. This is the second volume: Vent'anni dopo.
