Apply this pre-op Esmark compression bandage to your limbs for consistent standard compression. The elastomeric properties of the bandage mean it's a safe option for you to use in surgical environments. It works effectively to stop blood flow prior to surgical procedures such as joint replacements. Once it expels venous blood from a limb and the arterial supply gets cut off by a tourniquet, you can easily remove the Esmark bandage and prep the extremity for surgery.
