High Mountain Honeycomb – Miel Factory

This honeycomb represents the hive in its most raw state. The honey has not been extracted or handled, it rests in natural wax cells. The tasting is done by spreading part of the shelf on a good slice of wholemeal bread or quite simply with a spoon. It was harvested in the Ariège Pyrenees.
