In 2017, Philippe Starck redesigned its shape, taking inspiration from the utensil's essence. The sculpted, highly ergonomic handle is the result of his efforts to strip down to the object's square root, therefore aligning shape and function. It was the birth of L'ECONOME by STARCK.
