The NEW hexagonal Ripstop weave makes this fabric 30% stronger than standard polypropene. The layered technology allows the rug to be warmer whilst reducing the weight of the rug by 20%. A detachable hood is included, and an additional inner waterproof layer makes the rug extra waterproof whilst remaining breathable.

Light but strong, the tough outer 1000 Denier polypropylene fabric is a superior alternative to the coated polyester used in other turnouts. Polypropylene also has good resistance to water, allowing the droplets to sit on the surface rather than be absorbed into the fabric.
