Chewy Tubes are available in two attractive colors: Red Tube (textured) offers a slightly wider stem size (7/16diameter). The little bumps on the surface provide tactile stimulation for the mouth. Green Tube (smooth) offers a slightly wider stem size (7/16diameter). All Chewy Tubes Super Chews are approx. 4 long. If a child cannot close the jaw in response to tactile stimulation, the larger size tube should be introduced first, with a transition to the narrower tube after more consistent and graded jaw closure is demonstrated. If a child demonstrates difficulty opening the jaw, start with the narrower tube and work your way up to the wider one. Chewy Tubes may be washed with soap and water.
