The revolutionary V-Power set includes an insert holder for safe storage of blade inserts, V-Slicer body with V-Blade crafted from surgical stainless steel, 7mm and 3.5mm slicing plane inserts for julienne, shred or cube cuts and ambidextrous safety holder that ensures safe and easy use as you prep. Stainless steel prongs pierce the food with a secure hold, allowing you to glide it along the V-Blade with very little pressure .A patented push-button adjustment allows you to change the size or thickness of the cut without removing the insert. Insert holder protects blades when not in use while also functioning as a drying rack. Blade insert holder and food safety holder clip together for easy storage. Instruction manual included.
