The Alessi Alba Truffle Slicer is a sculptural form with a practical use. Extensive research has gone into the design and shape of this kitchen tool, so much that there is specific 18 degree angle between the handle and blade. A piece created through collaboration with the International White Truffle Fair of Alba (hence the name), the slicing of truffles has been proven difficult because of their unique shapes and sizes.
