The universal heat diffuser works on electric, gas and induction hobs.

Uses:

Enables the use of any pan to be used on an induction hob. This includes copper and aluminium.
Use as a trivet on gas hobs, to bridge the gap, for stove-top moka coffee makers.

Please note, do not leave the adapter plate on the hob without any pots or pans on top. This will cause the plate to overheat, damaging the plate and the hob. Leave to cool completely before removing from the hob.
