Aberfeldy 12 ans – Whisky Drop

Le caractère distinct de l'Aberfeldy 12 est le résultat de l'union des meilleures ressources naturelles des Highlands. Créés avec de l'eau de source fraîche du Pitilie Burn voisin, ce sont de véritables scotchs écossais, car seule l'orge optique écossaise est utilisée. Un malt fruité, propre et poli avec une touche de miel et d'épices, cette expression est une excellente introduction à cette distillerie des Highlands. Le principal titre de gloire d'Aberfeldy est qu'il est au cœur de l'excellent mélange Dewar.

Nez: Crémeux. Quelques fruits sherry avec un soupçon de fumée. Pruneau, crème pâtissière et grain d'espresso.

Palais: Doux, malté, une tourbe douce mais néanmoins la sensation en bouche est très propre. Vanille, pêches à la crème et chêne subtil.

Finir: Gingembre, malt, nougat aux noisettes et peut-être un peu de zeste de pamplemousse.

With heady of notes of cherry frangipane and vanilla spice. It’s then freshened with sliced green pepper and limes, and finishes with soft oak.
